Returns & Exchanges

At Bake Cosmetics, we want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on products that don't meet your expectations. To maintain hygiene standards, items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our laboratory inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
